Most dull paint is not “clear coat failure.” It is a skin of swirls, washing marks and haze sitting on top of a finish that still has life in it. Correction is controlled polishing—not covering problems with wax.
Every vehicle starts with a condition check. Some cars need a light refinement. Others need a longer multi-stage process. Tony will tell you which one you have before work starts.
